Are you struggling with disordered eating? Perhaps you’ve been restricting food, yo-yo dieting, or binge eating? Do you find yourself caught in obsessive thinking around calories, weight and/or exercise, and wish you could go back to a time food wasn’t constantly on your mind?

Or maybe you have been diagnosed with an eating disorder and have a clinical team already. But you’d like extra support in between therapy/dietician sessions. Someone who can encourage you to put those treatment goals into action when you’re feeling triggered. Someone who you can reach out to in the moment of need.

I can help.

So, what is recovery coaching?

Goal Setting

Setting and monitoring YOUR goals, challenging unhelpful thoughts, understanding your motivation levels, coming up with recovery strategies and working through assignments together.

Collaboration

With your consent, I correspond with members of your clinical team (where applicable) to ensure consistency in approach and to share progress.

I can also work with parents and other family members who can support you in YOUR journey.

Check Ins

Regular check ins (virtual or in person) to monitor progress, share feedback, learn from setbacks and CELEBRATE accomplishments.

Meal Support

Help with challenging your rules around food and overcoming fear foods. We can prepare food together, eat together, whatever is helpful to YOU.

I use a mix of conscious eating principles and intuitive eating practices to guide you.

Text Support

Text support in between check-ins so you feel accountable and SUPPORTED in the moments that matter.

Other Services

Support with grocery shopping, event attendance, clothes shopping, reframing your relationship with exercise, and connecting to your healthy self through mindfulness activities.

Figuring out what it is you want to recover TO, rather than just recover from.

So what are you

waiting for?
